Will this windscreen work?

Hi, I have a me66 shotgun mic and have been using the foam windscreen. I dont have enough money for a zeppelin and a huge windsock. I came across an item called the Pole-Cat which is a windscreen that goes over the foam one that i have already. I am wondering if this will help me. To what extent? Thank you Nick
