I have got the same problem, condensation - operation paused. Goes away after an hour, comes back regular as clockwork. From what I've now read on the web it's a design fault. A group of people are taking JVC to court over this and another error. Bascially their cameras appear to be scrap. Sorry, no solution, if you find one please let me know.
