Homequestion about DVCAM deck/mini DV tape compatibility I am trying to copy a tape to mini DV for someone. He wants to play this tape in his camera. I don't know what kind of camera he has. I am using a DVCAM deck (inputting from a 3/4" deck). So I am having the problem that a 60 minute tape will only record 40 minutes. Is there any way to get around this? If I use a DVCAM tape, will he definitely be able to play it in his camera?

I would like to know at the same time if you will be able to copy the video from the minidv to a pc and edit it. or its just let yo vew it? |
