Headphone Issue?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I love the sony dcr hc40 camcorder, but it has no headphone jack. Has anyone found any way around this or have any ideas? (mini usb headphones, mini usb 2.0 to headphone jack converters, adapters, wireless headphones, etc) Please Help. Thanks.
