Red Horizontal Line through screen!

There is a red line through the screen that goes away about 15 minutes after i turn on set .However sometimes in the lower right corner the red is out of convergence by about an inch .I Kinda Figure it is the Convergence IC's Just from what i have read If so thats good because I Bought Two of the STK 392-010's on Ebay ..My question is ,,do i go in from the Back of the TV or the Front to find the location of my defective one ? and/Or where is the best place to find a service Manual ! or should i really Just call a Tv Tech!
