Sony str-de415 Receiver I think its damaged, due to power failure.

I have a Sony str-de415 Receiver.The other day the power went out on me and went I tryed to turn on the receiver, the only thing I see is "process".Does anyone know if this is damaged for good?Please help Regards, Orlando
