Looking for JVC spare part

Hi, I am looking for a connector cord for my JVC car cd changer model# CH-X1000. The JVC part# is QAM0149-001. I am looking for a used part or for for a cheaper price than JVC. Please let me know if any of you know how to get it. Thanks, Nuli
