Compressing MPEG1 Files

Don Posted Jun 18, 2004

Utilizing the MAXIMUM storage space on a standard 4.7gb DVD when burning video files

I've seen others sqweeze 6-40 min. video files onto a single 4.7 DVD. Using NERO Vision Express, all I can manage is 3, MPEG-1 files. Obviously, there's a compression method I'm not aware of! I have a NEC 8X multi format DVD burner, trying to burn Enterprise episodes that I've captured via my video card and encoded into MPEG-1 format, using only NERO. What am I doing wrong? Or rather, what CAN I do right to solve this dillema??? Many thanks, Don
