HomeRCA CC9373 Flashing E03 Safe guard mode Error code E03 Unit in Safeguard Mode....Remove and Reattach Battery.... Checked battery with multi-meter. Has the proper voltage. Unit shows this message when just battery is in or just charger or with battery and charger. Any help would be great... Jers
