Hi8 played on 8mm want to fix lines

I need to fix a VHS recording of a Hi-8 tape played through an 8mm camcorder.

I have a VHS tape of a Hi-8 tape that was played through an 8mm camcorder. The original Hi-8 tape is no longer available. I want to fix those annoying lines. Is there any software that will help this?

Sorry to say but you can't fix the VHS tape. The only way it could have been corrected is to play the Hi8 tape in a Hi8 player rather than a regular 8mm player.
