touch screen button is not working

sir i have a sony trv 22e brand new which i bought it from thailand ,recently i coulnt used the touch screen button . i tried to repair like what they wrote in the catalouge book,but still i coulnt do it ,i am in india right now (shillong) and there is no sony repair centre please help me what should i do than you lenny
