RECORDING TV/VHS

I have a bunch of VHS tapes that i have made from my camcorder. I now have a program on my computer that i can connect my camcorder to my computer and make dvds of my home videos. The problem is that all of my home videos are on VHS. Is there any way that i can connect my camcorder to the tv and play the vhs and record the movies BACK to my camcorder. Then i can connect my camcorder and put it onto my computer.
