According to Premier program, my dazzle mojave is "busy" being used by another program. I also can't get it to even list the device as a capture option.

Newbie here. Two issues. 1. I can't get the load project settings to list the dazzle mojave I have as an option. It is supposed to look like this: http://www.arp.sprnet.org/curric/video/Digital/dazzle/Capture%20Digital%20Video.htm However, it isn't even an option. 2. Occasionally, I will fiddle around enougth that Premier (6.5) starts to recognize the dazzle mojave capture device, but it then tells me that it is in use by another program. It isn't, I swear. Help, links, ideas. Thank you.
