This Handycam will not power up, view finder is without any light. Two different batteries were charged but neither helped. The AC power adapter was hooked to the unit without sucess. Does anyone know what is wrong, and how to get this unit to power up? Thanks

My Sony Handycam Model ccd-401 will not eject the tape. Is there some way to mechanically free up the tape to remove it. Any tips?

Strangely, my f401 also shows B/W only during playback. I am looking for help too.
