i need to try and find parts for my handycam camcorder its a dcr-trv19

i know its retarted but i did have my camera high enough where my dog couldn't reach it. well one day he managed to get the camera down. when we got home that night we found the camera on the floor and what looks to be like view finder shaft thing. we contacted sony and they said that there are about 15 parts in the shaft and it would cost us about 250.00 just for parts. can we get those cheaper somewhere else or can you order them cheaper than that? for another 150.00 i could probably buy a new camera. i truly hope you can help. thanks, cass
