Looking for experienced headend technician.

I might be in the market for a headend technician with experience in digital and analog transmission. We are a wireless cable company serving the Northern Nevada area. We currently carry 136 channels of digital television. I am looking for someone with experience with MMDS and microwave to support our system and work with the engineer. Experience is a must.
