KV32S45 surround sound problem

I had a 32s45 which had great surround sound and the sounds were all crisp then the picture tube went and sony replaced the TV, when I got the new one I was shocked that the sound was not like the one they replaced no surround and not crisp. Can any one help with what I may need in parts to fix this? Thanks
