I have the same 'time setting problem' with my Nutone 3003. I see the 'TIME' switch but how do I change values?

I have a Nutone 3003 without the manual. How do I set the time on the clock?

What is tricky about this time setting is that you hold down the minute button and then press the "set time" buton to advance the numbers. The same is true for the hour- that's opposite of how most digital clocks work!
