I have a Nutone Scovilll B36076, made in Korea. I need a replacement for it. It will still open the gate downstairs, but no send or receive sounds.

I have the 3003 model installed, but it needs maintenance. Do you have any suggestions? can it be sent somewhere for repair? Can it be replaced with a newer model? specifically the door chimes work and the clock works. I can get stations but there is a hum and also static with breakup of signal.

Any hint on the way to SET the time would be much appreciated!!
