Do you know the remote control part number for the TV?

if you guys can get any signal by connecting a dvd or vcr thru rca connectors .but it wont play tv. your problem it is with if module you don't need to buy it yes pull it out and resolder inside good luck

Did you ever find a solution to your problem? The same thing happened to mine yesterday. It didn't happen while watching a DVD but my kids were watcing TV and the screen went black now we only have sound.
