32" Sony TV problems

I have a Sony Modle KV-32S22 TV that blew the power supp;y board..After repairing the board the set came back to life...BUT now I notice horizontal Zig Zaging at top inch or two of the screen..also brightness is low..when I INCREASE the PICTURE and Brightness levels, the picture gets unstable , like a lack of high voltage..increaseing the Picture tube screen voltage produces white diagenal retrace lines...any idea,s ? ? RL
