Wiring Diagram KA-B20U

Would appreciate help locating the wiring diagram for a JVC KA-B20U Betacam adapter. I believe it's the same board in the more recent KA-B27U adapter. The schematic may have been distributed on its own, or included in service manuals for KY-17, 19, 25, 27, or 29 cameras. Copies or scans are fine. Thanks very much, Steve
