Sony DVMC-DA2

Looking for a DVMC-DA2
I'm a high school mass media teacher and am desperately seeking a Sony DVMC-DA2. We had one and used it with great success, but it has "disappeared" from our editing room. Last year we budgeted money to buy three new ones, bought three Dazzles and they're HORRIBLE. There is no way I can do my independent film project with the Dazzles, and the DVMCs are hard to find. Any lines on one or two?

I don't know why Sony stopped making these they work great. I have tried many other converters and anything under $1500 is usually junk. The DA max plus is good but it costs $1600. Even the MOJO Avid converter is junk as are the JVC in deck converter cards, pinnacle, Dazzle and Laird converters. I have been buying DVMC-da2 converters on EBAY.
