A spare part of Sony DVD needed. Model: DAVS300 Name of spare part: IC STRF 6676

I bought this DVD (DAVS300) last May 2,2002, and sent it abroad as a gift to a friend. It is now malfunctioning and according to the technician this spare part - IC STRF 6676 is needed.
