Help to recover data from Memory Stick full with my holliday photos.

Can anybody help to recover data from a 64 Mb Memory Stick almost full of my holliday photos? I can't read the memory directly from the camera neither from the PC with the USB card write/read adaptor I think the Memory Stick format was damaged when trying to read it on the computer to burn a CD. I'm almost sure that the memory cold be formated in the cammera and operate again but what I want is to recover the photos. Thanks to all of you guys for the help. Eduardo
