I have problems with Mx-view from Tascam mx-2424...

I have problems with Mx-view from Tascam mx-2424, all time the software stop and give me lot messages of the erro. I live in brazil and i can resolve this problem easy. I have one Pentium III 600Mhz 256MB. Two MX-2424, in Network 10/100. in other computer (AMD 2,4Mhz) i dont have the problem but the MX-view just stop and dont close.
