I have a jvc th m 505 and i am notgetting any power in my sub it worked when i packed it up but now no power the recever is working but with no sound the system is not munch good any ideas ????

My RX-6010VBK Audio/Video Control Receiver has no Center or Rear output. When I run the "Tone Test" there is no sound out of those speakers and there are no indicator lights on the display. Yes I tested the speakers to see if they were faulty. What do you recommend I do next? Paul
