Speakers

I have an Emerson M9300 intercom system. 2 of the speakers do not work. When I replace the broken unit with one that works, it works - so I am convinced that I need only to replace the speaker assembly. The speakers have four(4) wires (double). The size of the speaker is 5". Can you suggest a solution. thanks
