Please could somebody help me.

Does anyone know how to convert a still from I Movie into a jpeg image I can upload to the internet? I am trying to post one picture on my website but I can/t seem to find a way to make it work. Does anyone know how to turn the still video clip into any other file type other than quicktime? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
