i have a JVC deck for my car that is fully black, and the lights come on when i turn it on, but the cd ejector wont make the face plate slide down so i can insert a cd, it makes a little noise like a motor trying to work, then it stops and says error 31. do you know whats wrong by any chance?

That I cannot answer as to why your face plate won't respond when you try to put the CD in. What model do you have and when did you purchase it?

I have a JVC KD-SH55 cd player and I am getting some error codes read back to me when I push certian buttons on the player. The codes are as follows: ERR 01, ERR 06, ERR 21. I would greatly appreciate any input you have on these problems.
