Using STUDIO 8 Captured footage from pal camera. Asked to supply NTSC dvd for states. How can I do it? I cant Recapture footage as camera gone... Any ideas????

Using pinnacle studio8. Captured Footage in pal from pal camera. Made pal Dvd .. Perfect..... Footage captued and project still on hard drive. Been asked to supply NTSC dvd for friends in states..... How do i convert it???? Please help..... its extremely important............ thank you..........
