I have the same problem on my TV. It is in repair at present and the boss thinks the part behind the big tube, a funnel shaped thing the size of a small football but hollow with a lot of thin copper wire around three or four sides is defect and needs to be replaced. But he can't easily get the part. So he pleads for patience; it has been a month so far. Any suggstions where I might get the part in London UK? Or is it not worth hanging on?
