MVC-CD 400 error C:13:01

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help. My Sony/Mavica MVC-CD 400 is showing an error message C:13:01. The disc cannot be read in my pc, either. It happened when I took an extra picture and the disc was full. After that the disc was unreadable and here I am. Please help!!
