PS2 & DVD's

My PS2 plays DVD's with a strong green colour, otherwise fine. Games colour are fine.

    ps2 can play cd's ok,however just recently unable to play all existing games.Cleaned laser ,ps2 loads some games but not all...any ideas to the problem!!!
