HomeDCR-PC120 capture problem All of my video editing programs (Premier, Movie Maker, Ulead, Pinnacle) recognize my DCR-PC120 which is connected via firewire. All of them control the camera just fine (play, stop, pause etc.). But no program shows the video in the preview window nor do they capture when asked to do so. The preview window just stays black and no video is actually recorded--in fact many of the programs seem very confused when asked to stop because they can't create a clip. I'm using XP and my firwire card is OHCI compliant--came with Pinnacle Studio 7. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Sara :)

i had been capturing dv using firewire/i-link from via, my operating system is xp and p3 prossesor. i could capture it only for 2 weeks using adobe premiere 6.5 then stoped to capture. no sound no picture. i supposed it was battery's probelem so, i used ac adobter but still notthing happend! i have did everything as instruction by primiere to dv but yet no progress. is there any idea someone has? connection problem |
