HomeSony CDX L470X display leds Hello, does anyone know how to fix the red leds or what buttons I need to push to get the red leds behind the LCD screen to come on again. It was working fine and then it just stopped coming on. I can still see the LCD screen when I change the tuner band but it doesn't light up at night. Thanks for all your help

Boy, those red lights are not LEDs but little bulbs instead. They need to be replaced by taking away the display first, and that means a lot of dangerous soldering to do. You better get the thing to a Sony center or to a really good electronics shop, and I mean really good. |
