TV stops working properly after 8 or 10 minutes

The TV works ok for 8-10 minutes, but after that sound and video goes off and there is reduced raster like a 35 mm film. I checked its circuit board.The board looks fine and there is no visible damage to any component or loose soldering. Please advise on this problem and provide circuit diagram. Thanks.
