hi, i"m new here, and maybe my english is bad, but i"m tring problem:caracters of osd are in black color, must be green.

the measure in each transistor base of osd is 13mv, 35 mv , 13 mv. 35 mv for green color, i dont know if this is correct. the TV is HITACHI, ct-2160. do you know the cause of this problem? thanks for your help.
