Memory Stick Error C:13:01

I have a DSC-S50 Cybershot. Out of the blue it developed this error C:13:01. I tried 4 different memory sticks and I am reformated them using another cybershot camera. Nothing is helping me. Could you please help me and advise me what to do? Thanks in advance.
