to find service mode codes

dear sir , I have a 36inch sony television model fs 70 , and I need to access the service modes which apparently is by programing codes via the remote control would you be able to help in providing these codes please

    i have a jvc hdtv model #av56wp74 and was wondering what the service codes are for it. i already know how to get to the service menu but i don't know how to change anything. i don't want to mess with it until i have the knowledge on how to obtain a sharper picture, etc. thanks.
