Does anyone have a fix to this error?

I am receiving a 13:01 disc error from my CD1000. I get this error code even when no disc is inserted in the camera. I also have taken pictures and initialized a disc only to not be able to read this disc again in the same camera after turning the power off. Any ideas on how to fix?
