HomeI have had some problems with my TV and was wondering what part I would need for sure. Recently, the picture went out and sometimes it does come back on, but it flashes on and off. The color has also gone out of wack. It is only a yellow/green picture. I was looking to find out what the problem most likely is and how much would this replacement piece be.

Our living room TV just started doing the yellow-green thing yesterday. I noticed it pretty quicky,tested around, and decided that something was wrong with the TV. It's a normal colour most of the time but then it fluctuates to green-yellow frequently. It was manufactured in 1996 and I think we may have to get another one. Sure came as a surprise though since it was working just fine up til now. I am currently having the same problem. My trinitron was built in 1996 and just started the blinking and poor quality characteristics. Any advice would be helpful. |
