Can you help me make up my mind with repair or dump. I have a 5 yr Sony Handycam CCD-AU230 HI8 6xVideo Camera. Been great up until now. Problem is when I record and then play back on TV or Computer, the images have horizontal short flag stripeing. I've managed to buy a head cleaning tape but that hasn't fixed the problem. Someone told me that the heads could be out of alignment but who knows ? Anyhelp would be great..

Hello, I am looking to find out how I can purchase a disc drive for my minidisc recorder. It is a Sony MDS JE700. I am not a repair person but I think I can replace the drive if I could find out how to buy one. The minidisc will not load properly and it gets stuck when I get it to go in.
