Help!

I will be doing a rough cut of my documentary on a DV-based system (Matrox rtx.100).

I need to convert my BETACAM SP signal to fire-wire, but the trick is that I want my MATROX to read the TC from BETACAM through this DV (i.e. fire-wire) conversion.

The TC is crucial for me, because I'll be doing a final cut on AVID with the EDL created by this MATROX system (Premiere 6.5).

Any advise?
