dv studio for acquisition ver 3.x

looking for, DV STUDIO (Latest ver) I have ver 3.01e But it has some bugs in it. (panasonic NV-DS38)

Cannot find the site I got it from last time
and Panasonic themselves are useless...

I also have Ver 2.0 but it is not compatible with XP

I have the same problem for windows XP .If somebody help you came you tranfert her solution (driver compatible!!!)thanks
