Part for PROSCAN VCR needed ASAP!

I need the following part, ASAP!: VJBS8054 (Operation Circuit board) with assembly number of VEPS8054.
This is from a PROSCAN VCR, model number PSVR73: VCR manufacturing date- 08/10/99; VCR FCC ID number- ACJ927122AH; Serial number 932340820.
