Machine needed for Gwinnett County Georgia Skywarn... A Non-Profit Organization.

We are seeking a machine where you would place an uneditted VHS tape in one side, and a blank VHS tape in the other, enabling perfect editing to the blank tape.

After that, we would need to put the editted tape in one side, and blanks in the other, to make single copies, as needed, for people.

This is to be used for educational emergency weather situations.
