Can someone help me find these MZ-R30 screws as spare parts?

Hi this may sound really obscure,

I am looking for some screws to replace some lost from some electrical digital recording equipment, a Sony Mini-disc recorder MZ-R30. Some of the screws in the Aluminium housing have worked loose and fallen out on two machines. Sony told me that they can no longer supply these as a spare part. Can you help in any way? 3-335-797-91 SCREW (m1.4) toothed lock
