Sony System Cable Ref 179044111

I have purchased an ex-demo Sony Tape deck (TC-SD1) to go with my Sony CD/Tuner (CMT-SD3). No cables came with the tape deck. I sorted the audio cables out no problem but the system cable (a 5 pin connector on each end joined by a flat ribbon thpe cable) I am having trouble getting. Sony say that the part is discontinued. Can anybody please help.
