Commotion Pro 4.0 with MotionTracker... no UPGRADE

Hi friends,
I have Commotion Pro 4.0 with MotionTracker...
how can I upgrade it to Commotion Pro 4.1

I have download a file called Commotion_Pro_4_1_Updater

but no way ... told me you do'nt have valid commotion pro

what that mean plz help ...
